Rule #1:Become Genuinely interested in other people

Being a friend is about knowing that person and obviously you must be interested in them. Friends are people that know each other and always are interested with them. Making friends is great because that is someone you know and can talk to and share what's on each others mind. People will become interested in you and will want to be your friend and that will lead to a friendship. Friendship is all about knowing each other and one of the best way of knowing them is by asking questions that you know they will feel comfortable answering. Sometimes a question can be risky and you might not know it, but you can all fix it up if you continue it if they're comfortable. Knowing your friend is important and knowing about them is because you're interested in making friends and that's what matters that you have friends to rely on. Some friends will get closer than others and those who you mainly are interested the most and are interested on you too. People will know you as a friend and will be happily to see you. Lots of people can and will get interested in you for who you are.

Rule #2: Smile

A smile is what best speaks about a person. A smiles action is showing that you are happy to see someone and they are happy to see you. A smile is a perfect way to make friends. I believe it is the key part for someone on becoming a friend. The reason I believe it's the key part on becoming a friend and having friends is because it's an action  that shows that your're happy and is excited to see them. A smile is what a friend looks forward on seeing when they see their friend or friends. A smile comes out of all the joy you have with that friend. If you don't feel like smiling then you must force it because you might break your friends smile when you see them. A smile can speak many words but it totally says "I want to be your friend to other people." I have read books on where it states "having a smile is a key point of making friends." 

Rule #3: Remember names


Remembering names is important. It's important because friends like it when you remember their name. If you can't remember their name but they know yours it's a bit of disappointing to feel because you don't know their name. Knowing a person's name is an important feature of a person you want to be friends with. A name is given to everyone and it is important for people to remember it. People like hearing their name being used by their friends. Remembering names is a key part in making friends because it all starts by knowing who they are. Knowing a person's name is the start that can lead to a big friendship. I know a lot of people and I know them by their name and call them by their name because they are someone that I call a friend. My friends name is important to them and it is important to me to call them by their name. I might create a nickname for some of my friends and call them that way because that was friendship is all about doing what I can call my friends by and knowing that it's fine with us. 

Rule # 4: Be a good listener. Encourage others to talk about themselves. 

Being a good listener is important because you have to listen to anything people are saying to you. You have to pay attention to what your friends are saying because they feel comfortable by saying stuff to you. It is important to keep encouraging your friends to tell you something because you can come up with a solution for them. A person must know their friends very well and must listen to them. I am interested in people and I want them to become my friends so I must listen to what they must say to me. It is important to know what my friends say because I get to know them more and that creates an important bond.  I would always create a conversation with my friends. Our conversation will go from one thing to another and literally will have no ending because it is that interesting. If I do not listen to my friends then i will probably feel sad because they were expecting for me to listen and  couldn't, I will feel ashamed. It it is important that the person you are interested in himself just as he is interested in you. 


Rule # 5: Talk in terms of other man's interest

It is important to be talking in the terms the person of your interest to be talking in the way that interests him or her. The way to create a good friend from meeting them is to talk about the things that interest them. For example if you meet up with someone who likes baseball it is best to talk about the sport they like not soccer nor football, it's baseball. Someone wouldn't be interested in you if you seem to talk about something that doesn't interest them. They will soon get to know you by the way that you talk to the person of your interest. The they will talk about what interests you and that will start the friendship bond. Friends are made by each other's interest and will even attain new things because of the friendship. I have many friends and the thing that we talk about the most is our favorite sport soccer, we could go on for days and days talking about our interests. The terms must be applied in the way you speak to them that will start the interest from them to you. With this rule the interest will start a friendship.

Rule #6: Make the other person feel important, and do it sincerely. 

It is very important for people themselves to feel important. Friends are very important to each other. It is important to keep your friends for as long as you can, because they are people who are important to you and you are important to them. My friends are important to me and I know that I am important to them. I have great pleasure for the friends that I have made and got interest to. It must be done sincere to make someone feel important because the way you make them feel important is the way you show how much you show the interest in them. I show interest to all my friends and I know that they show the same amount of interest that I show to them. I create good moments with my friends and show them that they are my friends that mean a lot to me. I help out my friends and people because I know that they are important and they have my interest. It's all in the way of manner to show that they are important and to demonstrate just how much this person of interest means to you. 


Reflection:

These six rules are rules that will definitely guarantee a friend. In rule number one you must be interested in people, that means you must look at people who you have an interest making your friend as they will also have on you. The most important rule that I think is on these six rules is to smile. Smiling is the best feature to show when making friends because they can see you are happy to see them and they know that you feel fine and there isn't anything wrong because all they want to do is just become friends with the person that interest them. A smile means a lot to me and when I see it I know they feel good. Remembering names is important because people love to hear their name it is given to them since the day they are born and they will forever be hearing their name from that day, Remembering a person's name will make them have a feeling of friendship. It is important to always listen to what people say to you, if you don't then a very hard time will be with you. Listening is a great feature we have and it is great to listen to the people we are interested in becoming our friend so that's why it's also important to listen to what they like. Talking with terms to your person of interest is highly best to do, because they must hear the tone that you will speak to them if that makes them feel good or not. If I am interested in a person I will talk to them in the manor that they would love to be talked to. The person that I am interested in must feel important and that is what I do I make the person I want to be my friend feel important and I do it in the way where they are glad I am interested in them.

Duties and responsibilities:

 A soccer player have the responsibility of playing the game fair minimizing behavior that warrants yellow and red cards. To not use tobacco, alcohol, and drugs. Must attend and arrive at practice and games at designated times. Always be prepared to do anything and bring all the proper equipment.

Education:
No education is a mainly required to become a soccer player. As long as you know how to communicate and speak with team mates and know how to understand the game.

Salary:
Salary depends on what team you play for and how much they are giving you.

Reflection:
I would love to be a professional soccer player ever since I was little. It's a dream of mines that I would love to complete. I try so hard to follow my dreams and this a dream that I will keep chasing.

My dearest thoughts and condolences go out to the people that were victims in the mass shooting. My uncle had a friend who was killed at the concert by the shooter. My uncle was very sad to hear the news because his friend inspired him and looked up to him and had lots of respect for him. This mass shooting is the biggest mass shooting in american soil. The shooter went to the 32nd floor to cause chaos on the people that turned their country music concert into absolute terror.  The distance from which he fired from was 400 yards away. Seeing the videos of the terror in people's eyes truly is a devastating thing to see. Half of my family lives in Las Vegas and they have just been currently in the hospital when this was happening and they told me that they just saw all the sadness in people's eyes and all the victims being rushed to the emergency rooms.

The health care professions help and treat patients health so their patients can improve and prevent illnesses or diseases. They also help patients recovering from illnesses for example a stroke. A speech therapist helps people who can't or have trouble speaking improve so they can learn and speak. An occupational therapist helps patients by showing them skills that they can't do and teach them how to do them for example like putting on a shirt or putting on pants. A Dietitian needs medical knowledge on what is healthy for patients and what they can put inside their body, dietitians try their very best to make their patient healthy by showing them the right foods they should eat. A radiation therapist sees inside their patients body to see the types of illnesses that not even the human eye can detect.

1. Make no small plans: Plan BIG

           This is a big important attitude that is required for high achievers and for everyone through life. Small plans are not needed for people with a high goal what is needed is big plans of coarse. Life is all about making big plans that will definitely guide you in the right direction. I have big plans in my life and I am going to keep pursuing those big plans until I complete them. After I complete those big plans I'm not finished there I'll make even more bigger plans that I must keep pursuing. My life is all about having big plans, I have to focus on my big plans. Having big plans gives me confidence it helps me keep trying and to never give and keep going after my big plans. With my big plans I feel like a high achiever but instead of saying I feel like a high achiever I'll say I am a high achiever. Big plans is important, you can't go anywhere by just having small plans it's way to small and that's why you create Big plans. Big plans are truly and surely a attitude for high achievers like me and for everyone. 

2. Do what they fear

           Doing what other people is a great attitude of having a high achievement rate. This is a perfect demonstration of talking about a high achiever. High achievers do what everyone fears that's what makes high achievers so great because they do what no one else can do. Fear is just a bump on the road that is just going to stay there until you can overcome it. Fear is something that every high achiever can take down just by believing and having hope in themselves. I really like this attitude because it really is fear that stands in the way of success and high achievers can't have it so they must overcome it. Everyone fears things to do and what a high achiever must do is overcome that fear if a high achiever can take down a fear than that can demonstrate and show others that fear is nothing to be scared of. Fear will only stand in the way of everyone and will only slow you down to be successful. That's you must have an attitude and become a high achiever. People just fear what they do not understand. 

3. High Achievers are willing to prepare

           High achievers are always willing to prepare for everything. Everyday they have to be prepared 24/7. When there's something important happening they are the first ones to be prepared these people know what's coming and they are up for the task. High achievers must be prepared it is an important attitude because you just can't be a high achiever if you're not prepared. There has never been a high achiever who isn't prepared. High achievers come to school prepared with all their work completed and all the supplies they need. You would never hear a high achiever ask for a pencil to borrow because they are always prepared with their supplies. There's high achievers everywhere this world is surrounded by high achievers that know how to prepare. I am a high achiever I always am Willing to be prepared to do what I need to do in order to be a high achiever. Anyone can just win but what matters the most is preparing to win.

4. High achievers are willing to risk failure
           High achievers are willing to do anything even if it means failure they would have to go through. sacrifices in order for the high achievers to learn more. It's all about risking and knowing what to do instead of fearing and not risking. High achievers want to learn more and how will they not know more if they don't go ahead and risk failure. It's sometimes good to risk because fearing failure tends to stop the risk but if you go for it, it's not going to be failure it's going to be success. Success comes from failure, You can't learn unless you know. It's mot about the failure it's about the lesson and what you learn from failure. I take failing as a lesson so when the time comes I can be prepared. People take it as a lesson to improve on, where they see where they went wrong and improve and try their best and work hard. Those people are the people that are called high achievers. Anyone can be a high achiever like me I risk on failing because I know that I'm going to learn from my mistake and take a step forward and succeed. There is no wrong answers in life, just new lessons.

5. High achievers are teachable
            High achievers are people who can be taught and will learn. It's important for a high achiever to be taught. It's something and is the most important for a high achiever and that is learning. High achievers will pay attention because they strive for more. They will not disrupt or not listen they will surely pay attention and learn. High achievers are someone who can be taught that will inherit and process the information that is being handed to him. High achievers will always ask questions because they want to know more of what's being said to them. They will not make teaching hard they will make it easy for the teacher. High achievers want to learn, they want more because they love to learn. I'm a high achiever and I want to always learn more,I always listen to what my teachers have to say.

6. High achievers have heart
           A high achiever always has to have a heart, if high achiever does not have a heart then he's not a high achiever. A high achiever is all about heart. I am a high achiever and I have a heart for anything and for what I feel. High achievers have to work hard but all the meaning for it has to come from the heart it has to be meaningful. They're always suppose to have a heart for everyone not just zone them out they have to accept them and know how to be to them. People will not see a hard working person without a heart as a high achiever they will only see a person who just cares about himself and not others. A high achiever must always care for other people in their life they must always make them feel kind and show them that they really are a high achiever with all the attitudes. High achievers are the best people in the world and they must show all 6 attitudes and the most important has to truly be showing that they have a heart for everyone and everything. A high achiever has to be someone that does things from their heart from the feelings they have for the things in their life. A high achiever must follow what their heart says not go against it. There are many important things in a high achiever's life and so the most important thing that they're going to do for their life is follow what's important to them.

9/11 Attack

September 11, 2001

on September 11, 2001 America went through the most tragic event in american history. Two planes were hijacked and were driven straight to the twin towers in New York, One was hijacked and crashed into the pentagon, and the last one that was was hijacked was crashed into a valley because brave heroes risked their lives to stop the hijackers from crashing into the white house. This day will never be forgotten through out american history. My prayers go out to the the people that sacrifice themselves and put their life on the line for the sake of others. For all the 2,996 may their souls rest in peace.
