Block 1: Industriousness 

"There is no substitute for work. Worthwhile results come from hard work and careful planning."

Block 1 is about industriousness which means always having time to do work and have time to do other things outside of work. For example a working dad he has to go to work every day and come back home, sometimes he ends up staying more late because of work he didn't finish. He should create a schedule to finish work on time to return home and have time with his family. This is all about planning and using time wisely. It is important to always do something instead of just wasting time. It is important to always do something that will benefit you and and others, wasting time is something that just leads to more lost of time. It is all about preserving time and making the best out of time. Time is something that everyone has what matters about industriousness is how much more time you can have.

Block 2: Enthusiasm
"It is the engine that powers all blocks of the Pyramid. It is why I chose Industriousness and Enthusiasm as the cornerstones of my Pyramid of Success. It is where everything begins."

Enthusiasm is something that can lead  and start opportunities it is the key to everything. Success comes if so much enthusiasm is put into it, Many successful people have loads of enthusiasm and they will continue that way for their whole life. It is impossible to be at work and like your job with enthusiasm. Every person looks towards enthusiasm, I look towards that skill. This is something that once it is developed it, it just can't go away. It's all about showing interest and enjoying. It is a huge interest approval that just shows how much someone can be eager to do something. Some examples can be: going to work, going to school, waking up, having a smile to people you talk to, and many more things. Showing interest into anything makes you a good person which people like to see. It's all about having a passion to do something, to not just do it because you have to, to do it because you want to. 

Block 3: Friendship
  "Comes from mutual esteem, respect and devotion. Like marriage it must not be taken for granted but requires a joint effort."

Friendship is one of the best thing that can ever happen to a person. Friendship causes success in many ways that I can name. Having a friend is having someone you can rely on who you can trust with your words. These people called friends will and can motivate and will do what it is to be a good friend. It's important to pick the right friends that will take you to the right direction that will not bring you down but the ones that will take you up. I make sure that I have the correct friends in my life that will not be a bump on the road and cause trouble, I make sure I choose the friends that will motivate me and are there for me because I'll be there for them. It requires just lots of respect for someone to truly be a friend, it is all about understanding each other and not just ignoring each other, Friendship is one of the strongest bond that is known to man and has caused so much success in the world. Everything in this world has been made on friendship. 

Block 4: Loyalty 
"To yourself and to all those depending upon you. Keep your self-respect."

Loyalty is a key to trust in my words. Loyalty is showing that you are and is dependent and can be trusted. Trust is one of the biggest way of respect you can give somebody it takes long to earn but it is all worth it in the end once accomplished. I live in a world where loyalty is success and when it is shown it grants lots of respect, to you and to others. No loyalty can lead to lots of conflicts in life. It important for yourself and for others. While in a relationship, loyalty has to be shown and that is what builds up trust and respect. Being loyal for years is a marvelous feeling for you and the others that see the amount of loyalty you have. I show loyalty to the people in my life because I know that is important for them to see. Loyalty is a big and important deal to me, only a few people get to see the loyalty I put towards them and that is when I see that they put loyalty into me, I show them my trust because I see the amount of trust they show me. So many people can be loyal but another way to see loyalty is how a dog is with it's owner, like the phrase a man's best friend is their dog, which makes perfect sense by the way the dogs love their owners. Loyalty comes in all shapes and forms, it's a way of trust. 

Block 5: Cooperation
"With all levels of your co-workers. Listen if you want to be heard. Be interested in finding the best way, not in having your own way. "

The world runs on cooperation things are made because of cooperation. It is a known fact about success that it contains cooperation. I can see so much success on the amount of cooperation that will be put with effort. Making it through success is all about cooperation with yourself and others. Working together is a big process that can create big things. If you just can't do something on your own then the process can be done with more people by working together. Just like many people say that two minds or more is better than one. You just can't build a building by yourself it would take too long and is nearly impossible, that's why cooperation is important to get things done and to continue forward. Cooperation means to continue together all the way to the end, and that is a perfect example and until the end. Cooperation is key now and in the past and to the future. 

Block 6: Ambition(For noble goals)

Ambition is a must for success. Ambition is all about desire to achieve something with lots of hard work. For example it's the first day of your new job, you have lots of ambition to do all the work you are given, but then as days go on from the first day, yo have no more desire to do work it just became a routine for you, that is not ambition. Ambition is when you go to work with pure ambition every day and work hard with so much desire. Ambition is a great skill to have because it will make work life so important. People without ambition won't really get far in success they'll just stay or end up going down. Then there's the people with Ambition that will definitely go in the right direction for success. The people with so much desire go after what they want. 

Block 7: Self Control
"Practice self-discipline and keep emotions under control. Good judgement and common sense are essential."


Self control is a key to a social life. It might be hard at times to keep your emotions under control but what truly matters is that you can control them and show the world how disciplined you are. Common sense is an important feature that contains a lot of judgement but the judgement has to be used wisely. Judgement is a big self control feature. Some people's self control might be bad




Block 8: Alertness

"Be observing constantly. Stay open-minded. Be 
eager to learn and improve."


Alertness is a constant effort for success. Alertness must be implied in everyday life. It is all about eagerness and the ability to go for more and to know more. What I first think of when I hear alertness and see alertness is to know. Knowing what you are doing knowing your surroundings. It just really implies to open minded. Alertness is a key feature in a successful man's life because they are always eager to learn everything, and once they have learned something they still work in improving it. Successful people just want to keep improving on something until it just seems easy to them. Being eager to learn is such a great feature to carry because it proves to people that a person can definitely show success.  Improving time over time makes everything easy it makes the time you use to improve in something easy and worth it. If starting on the first day and expect to see improvement by the end, it won't happen because overtime the improvement will be shown. Alertness is a successful feature that must be implied to life everyday and day by day improvement and change will be shown.

Block 9: Initiative 
"Cultivate the ability to make decisions and think alone. Do not be afraid of failure, but learn from it."

Doing things independently will come across life all the time. In this world success is mostly a job to be done by oneself. This ability depends on the person and how they will think by themselve. With initiative it is not about people thinking together to come up with a decision, it is about coming up with the solution by one mind. It can be one of the hardest things to do but doing the hardest always leads to success. No matter how many times a person may fall on their decisions it will always teach them something. Fear will always lead to failure it is a known fact. At times people have to always face the fear, life can't just be live in fear. Facing the fear will lead to no fear and will lead to more experience. Life is all about learning and that learning might all have to be done by yourself. I must continue learning everyday I learn something new that will lead to my success. It is all about taking action.


Block 10: Intentness
"Set a realistic goal. Concentrate on its achievement by resisting all temptations and being determined and persistent."

What Intentness means to me is to have the eyes on the prize. To stay focus on your goal and to continue until you have reached it. I do intentness everyday day by spending 5 minutes on my goal journal. Setting goals is important in life because it what keeps persuading you to go and complete the goal. I set a realistic goal everyday and I tell myself that I am going to reach it. I stay focus on my goal and continue to stay focus until I know that I will reach it if I put so much time and effort into that achievement. Achievements aren't just given to anybody they are given to the people that worked hard for them, and demonstrate how much effort they put into it. To achieve it takes lots of concentration, and that concentration leads in to completing goals and making more to advance. It's also all about the determination that is put into following that goal and completing it. People who just say that they're going to do it tomorrow will not achieve because they aren't determined. Determination and persistence is all it takes because it truly means how much intentness will be set on those goals.


Block 11: Sincerity(keep friends)

Sincerity has to do a lot with keeping friends and communication. It is all about truth and being true to the people in your life. It is with passion you show that you can be a friend to people that will lay eyes on you. People who are showing the 11th block sincerity are serious, truthful, and kind. Showing sincerity will demonstrate and show that you are someone who can be trusted. This is a quality skill that everyone wish they had more of. If an apology filled with sincerity is an apology that will probably be accepted.

Block 12: Adaptability (to any situation)

 Being able to adjust to many situations is important and a key to success. Many people have trouble adapting but over time it becomes easier. Having the ability to do it already and know what to do is amazing. People who can not adjust to the conditions will need more time but that time will just slow them down. I have been through many situations and it does kind of take time for me to adjust, I have to work on my ability to adjust. Successful people will adjust like nothing. At times the situation seems easy to me and I don't have a problem adjusting because there isn't much change or it's something I'm used to or know. At many times conditions can be tough but that doesn't stop me from knowing the situation and doing my best to have adaptability. 


Block 13: Condition 
"Mental-Moral-Physical. Rest, exercise and diet must be considered. Moderation must be practiced. Dissipation must be eliminated." 

Condition is what matters the most for moral purposes and mainly just everything you're going to be doing. The amount of effort that is put into something is the amount the condition you have. It is always important to feel great and feel good. At times you might not feel the best that's why it is good to treat yourself good and to watch out with what you are going to do. Exercise is important, it is a key factor that must be done at least 5 times a week for 30 minutes or an hour. Taking care of yourself is important because if you don't do it then how are you going to get anything done, it will just not take you anywhere. You just going to be worrying on how bad you feel. The way someone feels is the way they're going to do. When feeling great, great things are going to get done.

Block 14: Skill 

"A knowledge of and the ability to properly and quickly execute the fundamentals. Be prepared and cover every little detail."

Skill is necessary for every single block in the success pyramid.  People aren't just born with skill the develop it and continue to focus on that skill on making it better. Successful people know that their skill will need to continue and will never stop from improving. Improvement on any skill is a must because it leads to more knowledge and understanding. Everyone has the ability to improve, what matters the most is how much time and effort they put into improving that skill. Skills can go a long way and the farther they go the better they will continue to everyday effort and make things look easy. Having a certain type of skill is preparation for the future, the future contains lots of challenges and you're going to need to use all of the skills you put time and effort to improve them to prepare for that future that will come. Skill is all about the abilities and knowledge that will be needed in life.


Block 15: Team spirit

"A genuine consideration for others. An eagerness to sacrifice personal interests of glory for the welfare of all."
Team spirit is what is needed in every single team. The team cannot do a great job if there isn't any team spirit. All the members of the team need to contribute and imput some spirit. The whole team has to be aware of what's going on. The whole team has to communicate and contribute with each other to go far and to earn more. The team has to be working hard and not stop, if the team stops then they all fail. If someone in the team stops they're all going to go down as a team. Together the whole team can do so much with everyone. A team cannot process if only one person is in the field or in the office. I'm in the swim team and what we tell each other is we enter together we'll come out together, we'll lose together, and we will win together. Everything is about effort in the team and how committed you are. Commitment is a big key in the team because it all depends on how much effort is put that will determine where the team will go.

Block 16: Honesty  (in thought and action)
"Honesty is the best policy." (Ben Franklin)

Honesty is key to life. Honesty is what gets to show the world who you truly are. Honesty is something that a successful person decides in their hands. Showing your honesty will determine how much success you will reach. It can repair mistakes it can also make those mistakes disappear. I am honest and if I know I have done something bad I will keep on trying to repair it and I will not stop it. No matter on how bad things go I will stay true to my honesty and will continue to be honest. Lying is the opposite of being honest, it is the worst of the worst. Lies will only create more conflicts but honesty will show and create more success to form. Every successful human being has been honest through all their lives and continued to show it. Honesty will create trust for others to show. At all times honesty must be applied to everything you do and everyone you will come in contact with. Showing honesty leads to greatness and that greatness will show everyone how great and successful person you'll be.

Block 17: Resourcefulness (proper judgment)

Resourcefulness is to do the most of what you can with what you have. Successful people used the most of what they have and it got them to some place up high. Success can be achieved if you use all you got to where you want to be. I have somewhere I want to be and I am going to do whatever it takes to do great and reach my destination. There will be many conflicts in my way to getting to my destination but simply I will need to overcome them. Overcoming is a big deal in being resourceful because it is what's best to do instead of giving up. Never should some have to give up it will just stop where they want to go and it will lead to nothing. No matter how tough it gets how hard no one should ever give up, from within everyone should use what they got and show that nothing could stop them. You and everyone else has somewhere they want to be, something that you want to do is be reached by you. Failure can be caused if no resourcefulness is applied but when applied success is in sight.

Block 18: Poise
"Just being yourself. Being at ease in any situation."

Poise is something that shouldn't be changed, it's something that only you can have more than anybody else, Everybody has their own poise. Poise is natural and it's something that should come with great pride. Many people will have negative poise or positive poise but the best one is having a positive poise because it shows what being yourself is. Under lots of stress it is best to keep your poise and not lose it. Many situations can come in life they will be difficult but as long as you can still be yourself is great. What makes success and shows success is poise, it is the key to being successful. Just being who you are will determine where you are going to go and how far you are going to make it. Focusing on other things that you know are bad  will only make things bad and ruin your poise. Try not to change your poise with bad influences because it will only lead to the worst of the worst. No matter how bad things may go it is always important to be yourself and show your poise because that is true success. 

Block 19: Confidence

Confidence has to be the biggest key to success. Life is all about having confidence and showing that confidence to the world. If you feel like you can't do something because and don't want to do it because you're scared is showing no confidence. Fear will get in the way of confidence and will stop it. Overcoming that fear is needed with confidence. You can head into something that you are unsure of but as long as you have the confidence to overcome it, it's going to be alright. With enough confidence I'm sure that anyone can do just great. Today I have IDP, and I have to present in front of teachers and professional people. Yes, I might be a little nervous but I need to be sure that I have lots of confidence towards this presentation.


Block 20: Reliability 
Reliability is important because it is the ability of being able  to be trustworthy and to perform consistently well on something. Being able to do something well is great but being able to do it over and over again is all amazing. Something that can be done constantly is being able to be trustworthy all the time. Trustworthy is shown by being able to be someone who can be trusted. It is always important to be show reliability because it shows people who you really are and how you care about things. It also is about managing a lot of stuff which also means the time. Time is important and it is key especially when you want to get things done, because time cannot be stopped. What successful people is they decide to do the things now and not wait for later. If they wait for later then they might not finish on time and just end up ruining things for themselves. People who are reliable do not procrastinate and do things last minute, they think ahead of time and do what they have to do now.If someone were to rely on somebody else they would pick the most reliable person. These people create respect towards them that everyone will know. Their respect is given to them by the way they work.

Block 21: Fight
Fighting is all about the effort that will be put into something. Someone should not just give up if it doesn't seem like you're going to win. That is not the right mindset to have. PEople should all fight and have lots of effort until the end. Maybe sometimes no matter how hard you try the win won't come but if you know that you tried your hardest you know you won in your head. Sometimes you will lose but it will happen because the other team or person was putting lots of effort into this. Giving up is never an option and should never be one. At times it might seem impossible even impossible to other people but if you continue to fight then it will be accomplished.

Block 22: Competitive Greatness 

" Be at your best when your best is needed. Enjoyment of a difficult challenge."

This Block is all about being the best and doing what is best for the sake of you. This is all about winning but not only winning but doing the best. If you're good at something then you better show it, if you want to be good on something then train hard to do it. The harder you work towards your goal the better you'll improve and show it. Nobody was born great they all worked themselves up to success. Another meaning of what this means to me is that hard work pays off. If you work hard then in the end of all that hard work, comes the best part. For example in the champions league Real Madrid dominated every team because of their amazing teamwork and demonstrated their best because they are the best. All their hard work lead to their 12th champions league trophy. They all worked so hard and what they got to do in the end was celebrate and have their enjoyment because of their hard work. At times it is not always going to be about being the best but doing what you enjoy.

Block 23: Integrity 

Integrity is all about being honest, having strong moral principles, and having uprightness. With integrity comes consistency is a choice we make as leaders every day even if it might not be such a good day. If something bad just happened, where you like have an argument with someone, then integrity will have to be done to not have that anger and release all that negativity before continuing your day. Being honest and accurate with someone will require lots of thought. Integrity will reflect on how you behave and how you make your decisions. A way to find integrity is to look at people with lots of integrity and look at them and what they have done towards their success. People with lots of integrity are the most honest of them all and show it because that's where their success comes from all their honesty.

Block 24: Faith
Believe and Achieve. Positive belief.

In life success can be achieved when faith is applied. Faith is a big trust that is entrusted into those who prove are the most faithful. People who are seeking faith will receive faith. Faith is mainly a religious belief that is conducted great. Faith can be increased by drawing closer to god and also by praying. Having confidence is a great way of showing faith. If enough faith is applied then good will come towards you. All around the world successful people apply all their faith. These people show their faith and are proud of the faith they have. Faith is having complete trust. Faith is what everyone needs in their life.

Block 25: Patience (good things take time)

Patience is what every human being needs. It is what causes success. The world isn't rush it takes time. If things go by fast, if things are created fast then those things that were on time may contain some mistakes because there wasn't time to double check. PAtience is also necessary any moment. People who apply patience to everyday life will start their road to success slowly but will get there. You get somewhere one step at a time, you can't be doing things three steps at a time because there won't be any focus on on only it will be everything. People who are successful focus on the importance of anything and take their time on it, until they know that it is solved. Patience is all about time, people that don't have time will not apply patience, but that probably means because they are unsure of  where they are heading with no accurate way. People with patience know where they are going and will apply all their effort into one thing that will lead them to success because the way to arrive at success isn't fast it's a long way that will probably feel like forever, but the best part is once arriving at the top, you completely know about patience and how to do it because all the patience will pay off. 

Reflection: 
The pyramid of success is what must be applied to life everyday. This pyramid was constructed in a way to show success and to demonstrate success and to achieve. This pyramid has showed me that there is so much more than the word success. Success means so much in so many ways. Demonstrating success means so much and it is important to continue to show success in everyday life for each day you will strive for more success. Every successful person you see has always contributed to this pyramid and used it in every way to their modern life. I will continue to contribute this pyramid to my everyday life because soon it would lead me to success. I will demonstrate my success and what I do to be successful to others, because everyone deserves to be a successful person. Success comes to those who strive for it and over time all their patience will start to pay off and the success will start to show. Confidence is the biggest thing that I like from this pyramid because it demonstrates bravery and many more, if you can't do something then don't quit, instead of quitting have confidence in yourself and say you can do it. This pyramid has to do with implications of yourself that you can do throughout your life and if it is done right then truly you will be successful. I will continue to have this pyramid in my life and will do my best to demonstrate it.

Key 1: Clarity

"Have vision. Determine what you want to be, do or have in life.  Have a sense of direction and know where you’re going.  If you do not have clear specific goals in life, you are doomed forever to work for others who do."

Clarity is a quality that is important to have in life. It involves being clear and knowing what to do and knowing where you're going. Confusion and being lost isn't something that should be happening, what must happen is clarity and not get lost or confused but understand. Many successful people call clarity the antidote to anxiety, anxiety can lead to many negative turnouts. Clarity is something that must be provided in every person that truly wants to be successful. Many things can get lost in translation but clarity can fix and truly help out in life. Clarity can help anywhere it can help on getting a job, being in school, working, communicating, and just lots of stuff. Often times while working so hard we have lost sight of the things we worked so hard to obtain. This is when clarity comes in and helps see what has been lost and help you. Without Clarity everything is just so unclear and foggy, something that is unable to see and hard to focus on.

Key 2: Competence
"If you commit to excellence, opportunities will always come your way. The harder you work, the better you get."

This is the ability to be able to do something very successful or efficiently. This is something that can be chosen to do and must be for every successful person. Life is all about being competence. The successful people decided to be competence, and that was their right move, to strive for competence and more success and experience. If you keep doing something over time over and over again, you're going to get used to it which makes you efficient. Sometimes doing the same thing doesn't give it the same feeling as deciding to challenge yourself and go for more so everything can be easy. Successful people decide to not do the same thing and decide to educate them self and go for more power to help them out. Overtime it becomes a skill and is very easy if lots of work and motivation is applied. Competence isn't something that is naturally given to anybody this is a skill that if wanting to be successful then it will be acquired. It is about doing the job properly and improving more and more day by day. Competence is seen as something with knowledge, cognitive skills, behavior, and improving.

Key 3: Concentration
"Make the best use of your time. Ask yourself “Is this the best use of my time?” before you start anything."

Concentration is key when it comes to success. Being successful is all about focusing and sticking to what is key and important. Sometimes it might be hard to concentrate if there is lots of distractions happening, that's why it is important to find a place for concentration. Successful people ask them self "Is this the best use of my time?" when they're about to do anything, and that leads to their actions that will demonstrate their success. I am a student and for me the biggest key part in a student's life is concentration, we have to concentrate in assignments in homework, in every day of our life. Concentration is an important key for success it's when the time is right and new fresh ideas go in to place. Focus and lots of thinking is what makes up concentration. If a business needs more and better ideas then the whole company will need to focus and come up with ideas that will benefit. Concentration will improve mental effort and will improve success.

Key 4: Common Sense

• Train your mind

• think things through

• listen to your intuition

• learn from setbacks

Common sense is needed in every successful person's life. It's common for every person to have common sense some maybe better than others because they trained their mind. The more you focus on common sense the better the common sense will improve. It's an everyday judgement that uses the basic ability of perceiving, understanding, and judging. It takes  time to understand things on the way it is seen, and that's when common sense takes u the information and does it's job of understanding. Common sense is something that's individual for every human being and should listen to what is their intuition. Successful people listen to what their mind has to say and most of almost all their success comes from their ideas and choices. Successful people just don't let setbacks take them down they learn from setbacks and try to make sure it won't happen again. Some people will just let the setback happen and not try to work on it and continue that way, but successful people will acknowledge their setback and learn. Common sense is important for everyone and will continue that way because it leads to success.

Key 5: Creativity
"Except the fact that every human being is a genius.  The hallmark of creativity is asking questions.  The people who are most creative ask the most questions."

Creativity is something successful people who are set with creative minds and everything around them is seen as creativity. These successful people who are the most successful tend to ask more questions. They understand and see what must be understood more. Creativity is something that can be acquired by everyone as long as they know how to use it and create ideas in their head that will help them and others. Many of everything the world has was made by people with creative minds. I have a creative mind and over time I am increasing my creativity. Questions are important the questions lead to answers the answers lead to understanding and knowledge leads to success. That question that was ask no longer needs to be asked once the answer is obtained. The world contains tons of answers to everything and will continue containing the answer for the creative people.

Key 6: Consideration

"The quality of your relationships with other people will determine your success in life."
"Develop the people skills you need to become a better communicator.  Take courses in listening, speaking, etc."
"If you were to learn one new word a day, within 5 years, you’ll be the best educated person in history."

Consideration is key to being in contact with lots of people. People skills is important because successful people must know how the type of people they know act and what they expect. For successful people expectations are set high but  for them it's easy if they been being successful overtime with consideration. There will be many relationships that will determine how much of success you are with people. The more you know the better you are, learning more and more knowledge and going after more is great and truly a way of being the most successful you can be.


Key 7: Consistency

"Dependable, steady predictable work is always superior to fast spurts of work."
Be consistent in your relationships, your family, friends, your boss, your work.  Be the person that people can depend upon.  That if you say you’ll do something you do it.."

Key 8: Commitment
"No success is possible without commitment.  The ability to commit yourself whole heartily is the basis of achieving all success."
"Become totally absorbed in your work.  Be totally committed."

Commitment is all about being dedicated. Being dedicated to what you do is what makes you successful. Successful people are dedicated to what they do and they stay that way to reach more and more success. I stay committed to what I have to do in school and to many things in my life. It's one of the most important thing about success and that is being committed to success, this has to be and everyday thing not just for success but for life in general. I commit to my responsibilities, to my school work, to my relationship, to the people I trust, I'm committed to my life and the way I want it. I'm dedicated to my work and to what I do for success. I won't be able to have success and start my way to more success if it isn't for commitment. People will sometimes do something but won't really be committed to engage in it, which will just ruin them and not lead them to anywhere. Life is all about staying on task and doing the stuff you love that makes you happy and something you feel comfortable with. Success comes with commitment. 

Key 9: Courage
"The fear of failure is the single greatest reason for failure in life."


Life is all about taking risk and being brave. If you just live in failure then that would leave to failure in life. Having courage is all about taking risk and try to keep going forward, can't just stay back and stay scared. Successful people take so many risk at everything and if they just failed then they wouldn't give up they would learn from where they had a mistake and advance. Successful people didn't let nervousness and other obstacles stop them they just went straight forward to see what will happen and it came out great. People just can't be intelligent and be scared or shy they have to have both without courage they are just considered a person with no courage and that leads to no success. Being scared to ask a question shouldn't happen, if the question is asked then that question will lead to an answer and that answer will lead to learning and understanding. Life will forever contain obstacles that will require courage to outcome them, and the more courage that is applied to these obstacles the more and more they be seen as obstacles. Courage can lead to improvement that definitely be a great thing to have through all of life and lead to more and more success. I have courage and through out time I will gain more and more courage through all the obstacles I will face that will make me more of a successful  person.

Confidence is the most important to have all these 10 keys are. The world runs on confidence everywhere. Confidence is what gives you strength and motivation. In the past I never really had confidence I was always scared but now I am really confident I came out of my shell and decide to start doing stuff that requires lots of confidence. I never would've really gain this confidence if it wasn't for this person that showed me I can have confidence, I gained confidence from this person and they never knew they gave me it. Day by day I get more confident and keep on trying but never give up. It's okay to fail it's okay to fall, what matters the most is how you're going to rise and not fall again. During this road to more success you will fall but it shouldn't stop, what should be happening after you fall is getting up. Always doing one thing over and over again, will built up confidence and it will be a thing that is simply simple and easy because you've done it so many times it doesn't challenge you. If some people don't just try to get up after they fall that's just not going to build their confidence it's going to just make them stay the same and throughout life they will progress unsuccessful. Success is taken one step at a time confidence makes those steps proceed forward. 

Reflection: 
These 10 keys will make a difference in my life and in many people's life. All of these 10 keys to personal power do provide power. All of these are in important not a single one of them use not important. Everyday that goes by I work hard to provide these 10 keys to everyday life. My favorite key of them all is confidence. Confidence is very important to have in life. I play soccer I come to school and when I enter the field or the classroom I tend to have the upmost confidence I have that will make me excellent on the field and in the class. courage is about not being scared, it's okay to be scared as long you tend to have the courage that will stop the freight. Commitment is important to everything, without commitment there is just no success to come after it all, must have the ability to reach success the way you want. Consistency depends on being a person who is dependable, who will finish work on time and will never be late and always ready to do work and finish work.  Consideration determines people skills and having contact with everyone and knowing how to communicate. Creativity is what the world runs on and how ideas can make a miracle. Common sense is a skill that everyone requires but it determines what people think what they see and how they see it. Concentration is a big key that starts so many and ends many things with time. 

School break Days

School Break Days

What I did for my winter break was mostly stay at home and spend time with the family. I went places, the first place I went to was Ontario Mills which was a long road trip to get to that shopping mall. It was probably one of the biggest I have ever been to, the next place I went to was Big Bear which we went tubing and my father decided to go so up high and see all the great houses, then we decided to eat at our favorite pizza place called Neo's Pizza which is great because in it's basement it has a fun little arcade. I didn't really watched movies but i did watched series like Arrested Development, Black Mirror, and my favorite of The Office. I did watched lots of  soccer and something that I started watching more frequently is Football I just enjoy how a team can create a comeback by putting all their effort together. I did spend lots of my time playing video games like Rainbow 6 Siege, COD Black Ops 3, FIFA 18, and Fortnite. Some very exciting moments happen in this Christmas break that I will explain.  I received shoes that I always wanted since the moment I laid my eyes on. I packed Kevin De Bruyne and Erickson from FIFA 18 which are very high rated players that cost a lot. I got many victory Royals in Fortnite. Through this whole entire Christmas Break I got time to spend together with my family and truly feel like a CTR person.

Class Evaluation 

1. What I like about this class is how we learn about ways in life like The 7 Habits and many more, I also like how we learn codding by going on scratch or code.org.I like planning my life on my goals journal and writing paragraphs about what has happen in my day. 

2. Some things that I don't like about the class is that there's people standing when it's time to be dismissed and how we couldn't spend more time coding. 

3. A recommendation that I will give to improve the class is to spend more time on the goals Journal. 

4. A highlight for me in this class is working on my goals journal and writing down goals that I have for my future life that I will complete. Another highlight for me was being able to work on coding. 

5. Yes, I did try my best in this class and I put so much work and effort into my assignments. My grade in this class is an A and this proves that I have worked hard for such a great grade. 

6. Yes I am on my goals journal daily and I will continue to be on my goals journal. Sometimes I'll miss to do my 5 minute daily on my goals journal because I would just have to do so much work and be busy for the whole day. 

7. Yes, I am committed to being a CTR person 24/7. It is the right way to be and the right way to go. I do constantly seek personal development, day by day I get better and better to being the best person I can be.

There is self driving cars that transport people with no driver on the driver's seat. Self driving taxi cars are expanding through the United States. In Phoenix there is self driving taxis that just pick up people and take them to their destination. People have wrote blogs explaining how the taxi units are all over the place. The city in Phoenix has nice streets and nice weather for the units to get around. This self driving car has been running for already 2 years this software launched in 2015. The terrain for the cars is so good that it won't cause any problems for the unit. Uber has been working on this for years even made a city just for the cars can be driving around as a test to make sure there's no problem and soon go to the streets. In California, companies are required to fund the program and need cars if this program is to launch in California. So far Phoenix Arizona is the best place because of it's roads and weather will cause no problem for the self driving car. This is really changing the future and making better with all this maybe there will be less accidents. There is many cars being manufactured that are truly changing the future and becoming more Eco-friendly. These cars don't have no engine they run on pure electricity, this is a car that Tesla has made. It has models that can self drive themselves on the freeway. Tesla is changing the future with it's amazing cars but there is one downfall and that is the price of the car is a lot. This electric car has to be one of the best now and the best in the future.
